Peter Ross — Founder, Accell Clean Sydney
25+ Years in Commercial Hygiene, Food Processing & Industrial CleaningWith a background of 25 years as a food processor, I’ve used many products: Zydox, OxyZone, Zoono and dozens more. I came across Accell Clean SWA as a new generation protein surfactant complex (PSC) that actively energises surfactant efficiencies. It is head and shoulders above most — if not all — commonly used cleaning products in food establishments ranging from processors and manufacturers to restaurants. This is why we are Accell Clean Sydney.
What is Protein-Surfactant Complex (PSC) Technology?
Accell Clean SWA is built on a fundamentally different approach to cleaning — not just a better surfactant, but a system that amplifies surfactant efficiency through naturally derived proteins.
PSC Technology
Baker’s yeast proteins combine with surfactants to amplify cleaning power without solvents or caustics
Penetrates & Lifts
Dramatically reduces surface tension — lifting oils, fats, bacteria and biofilm faster than any traditional cleaner
Accelerates Breakdown
Affects bacterial metabolism to accelerate natural breakdown of organic contaminants at point of cleaning
Breaks Down Completely
Converts to oxygen and water when dry. No VOCs, no NPEs, no residue. Genuinely biodegradable
