Accell Clean SWA is a biodegradable heavy-duty Surface Washing Agent using Protein-Surfactant Complex (PSC) technology with 9 US patents. It is the only product that transitions from IMO-approved ocean oil-spill cleanup to safe domestic, gym and food-grade cleaning without changing formulation. pH neutral (8.1), requires no PPE, leaves no residue, and biodegrades to oxygen and water.
Yes — completely. pH neutral (8.1), non-abrasive, NSF Standard 60 certified (potable water safety). Safe on vinyl, rubber, foam, tatami and puzzle mats without rinsing. No damage to surfaces with repeated daily use. Unlike bleach which degrades rubber elasticity and fades vinyl colour over time, Accell Clean SWA protects your mat investment.
PSC technology dramatically reduces surface tension to penetrate the biofilm layer where ringworm (tinea corporis) fungus and Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) actually live and survive. Traditional cleaners clean the surface above the biofilm; Accell Clean SWA penetrates and eliminates the contamination at its source — killing both fungal and bacterial pathogens in a single application.
After every training session for grappling disciplines (BJJ, wrestling, judo) — ideally twice daily in high-traffic dojos. With Accell Clean SWA this is fast and practical: spray, wipe, done in minutes. No pre-cleaning, no rinsing, no waiting for surfaces to dry, no PPE required, no chemical buildup from repeated daily application.
No. Non-abrasive, pH neutral (8.1), non-corrosive. Safe on rubber, vinyl, chrome, stainless steel, aluminium, glass and plastic. Unlike bleach which corrodes chrome fittings and degrades rubber, Accell Clean SWA is safe for repeated daily use across every gym surface without accelerating wear or causing surface damage.
Yes. NSF Standard 60 certified — the potable water safety standard. No gloves, mask or protective equipment required. No colours, fragrances, parabens or phthalates — endocrine-safe for children. WHS Act compliant for use by non-specialist cleaning staff in NSW schools and universities.
Eliminates odour at source by breaking down odour-causing bacteria and organic compounds — specifically body oils and sweat proteins. Fragrance-free. No perfumes, essential oils or masking agents. The result is genuinely clean-smelling air rather than “cleaning product smell” covering existing contamination.
For general gym equipment and mat surfaces, dilute 1 part concentrate with up to 4 parts water. For heavy soil load or deep cleaning, use stronger concentration (1:2 or undiluted). One litre of concentrate makes up to 5 litres of ready-to-use product. Call Peter Ross on 0418 408 040 for a recommendation specific to your facility size and cleaning frequency.
Yes. Spray Accell Clean SWA into boxing gloves and onto pads, shin guards and head gear after each training session. PSC technology breaks down body oils and bacteria that cause odour and skin infections — without damaging leather, synthetic leather or the foam padding inside. Dramatically extends equipment life.
Bleach requires a minimum 10-minute wet contact time on surfaces (which surfaces dry before achieving), corrodes rubber and chrome with repeated use, fades vinyl, creates significant inhalation risk, must be rinsed, and produces toxic chlorine gas when mixed with other common cleaners. Accell Clean SWA works in 1–5 minutes, is pH neutral, requires no rinse, no PPE, and breaks down to oxygen and water.
US EPA National Contingency Plan listing; International Maritime Organisation (IMO) certification for ocean use; NSF Standard 60 potable water registration; Green Seal Certification; US Coast Guard maritime certification; California Department of Fish and Wildlife approval; FDA GRAS compliance for food-grade ingredient use. Approved by the Unified Command for the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Gulf of Mexico cleanup.
